Grantham Music Festival

A competition was set for students at The Kings School, Grantham, to design a logo for the Grantham Music Festival 50th Gala Year in 2012.

60 Logos were designed and a shortlist of 3 was selected by Marie Baker of the Grantham Journal and Claire Carrington of the Guildhall. A group of four Committee members, Anne Abbott, Anna Mauro-Pearce, Jenny Walker (who had originally organised the competition) and Jeff Troke, then met to choose the winner.

The logo shown on the left was given first place and was designed by Andrew Kidd. Second and third place logos are shown below. These were designed by Harvey Croft and Connor Slack.
